Lena Wöhler (born 1987 in Herford, Germany), studied photography and computer design at Deutsch Pop in Hamburg, Germany, and graduated in 2014. She works as a freelance photojournalist for various magazines and pursues projects focussing on social, ecological and human rights issues. In 2024 she successfully completed her studies in Photojournalism and Documentary Photography at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Hanover. Since 2024 she has been studying for a Master's degree in Media and Design in Hanover. She has also been working as a photo editor for DER SPIEGEL since 2021.
